Again, I'm not quite sure what exactly a "Miley Cyrus" is, but apparently she just recently got her drivers license. Awesome. well, i dont think she got her license. a drivers permit is totally different from a license i googled 'miley cyrus license' and everywhere says she got her license but when you open the page it shows her holding her permit up. i think she just has a permit.
